PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide column-pile jointing having excellent workability, positively relaxing circumferential tensile force applied to a steel pipe pile in one-column- one-pile foundation structure. SOLUTION: In this column-pile joint structure, a pile head part of the steel pipe pile is thicker than the thickness of a range excluding the pile head part, and in the case of further embedding a rectangular column with a width B in concrete by a depth L in the circular steel pipe pile with a thickness T1, the thickness T2 of the thickened pile head part and its range H are specified as T2=(σc/σy)*(B/√2) and H=L*(1-√(T1/T2)), whereinσc is the intensity of concrete bearing stress at the upper end part of the pile, andσy is the intensity of yield stress of the pile head part steel pipe.
