PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic transfer device, having a constitution which satisfactorily keeps a cleanliness level in the environment in which the magnetic transfer is performed. SOLUTION: Respective components, performing the magnetic transfer are disposed on a base 9, supported on a stand 8 and are housed in a casing 10 having filter fan units 11 on the upper part thereof. Because clean air, fed from the filter fan units 11, flows out of the inside of the casing 10 from air holes 13 formed on the base 9 to the outside, stagnation will not occur in the casing 10, fine particles which are generated by a mechanical operation are also discharged to the outside, while being carried on a stream of the clean air and, thereby, the sticking of the fine particles to a disk is prevented.
