PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for construction of high-rise tower with a towering ratio of 5 or more, capable of assuring a safety during the operation at an ultra high position, protecting the peripheral environment which may be deteriorated by the loading and unloading of a large volume of materials, strictly observing a construction period by safely performing the operation irrespective of whether the weather is fine or rainy, and improving cost effectiveness. SOLUTION: An intermediate structural body 20 for observation room is constructed on a base Ft, and a lower structural body 10 is constructed in the working space formed inside the intermediate structural body 20 in order from the lower side to the upper side thereof. As rising the upper portion of the constructed lower structural body the intermediate structural body is successively raised by the reaction of the constructed portion, and the tower-like upper structural body 30 is constructed in the working space formed inside the intermediate structural body in order from the upper side to the lower side thereof to raise the constructed portion in order. The upper part of the completed lower structural body is connected to the intermediate structural body, and the lower part of the completed upper structural body is connected to the intermediate structural body. By the utilization of the intermediated for the observation room structural body, a temporary installation cost can be reduced remarkably.
