The liquid product dispenser is fitted with a rigid reservoir (R) and an atmospheric pump (P) provided with a cylindrical-conical body (C) on which a support flange (S) fixed on the reservoir is mounted. A sleeve (1) mounted around the pump body beneath the flange has a collar (10) in its lower part which forms a vent. The vent inner wall which is radially clamped to the body has a surface condition such that the collar is sealed with respect to the liquid product and permeable to air.
