PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system allowing a user to easily print unformatted data in any desired format at a aplace where the user is visiting. SOLUTION: When print service is performed at a print terminal 2000 connected with a Web server 3000 via the Internet, first, a process for reading print data to be printed is performed (S1), and then a process for selecting a formant and for setting the printing of the data read is performed (S2). After an accounting process is performed (S3), printing is carried out (S4). For the selection of formats, the user can select either of three ways on the control screen of the print terminal 2000, i.e., 'selecting no format', 'selecting a format with advertisements' and 'selecting a format without advertisements'. During the process for setting printing, paper size can be selected. |
