PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker structure in simple configuration while maintaining satisfactory sound quality. SOLUTION: This loudspeaker has a first loudspeaker having a first diaphragm, a first frame for fixing the outer periphery of the first diaphragm and a first magnetic circuit for converting a signal to vibrations of the first diaphragm, a second loudspeaker having a second diaphragm, a second frame for fixing the outer periphery of the second diaphragm and a second magnetic circuit for converting a signal to vibrations of the second diaphragm and a fixing member for fixing the back of the first magnetic circuit and the back of the second magnetic circuit.
