PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timepiece displaying relative flow of time due to the difference of latitude. SOLUTION: A distance on the circumference for every latitude is displayed 3 by graduations by one round of the timepiece on a dial 1 of the timepiece, and a hand 2 making a round of the timepiece in 24 hours is provided so that the hand 2 means a longitude and a current distance where a longitude in a latitude advance from an arbitrary time by rotation and its velocity are displayed to confirm the current distance where the longitude and latitude advance. Consequently, a person can recognize the difference in flow of time between the latitude of this position and another latitude.
