PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter for a heating medium enhanced in measuring precision, reduced in a remaining amount of the medium in stopping to the utmost, and precluded from the possibility of leakage, and provide a reactor using the flowmeter. SOLUTION: This flowmeter is provided in the inside of a heating medium- flowing pipe to measure a flow rate of the heating medium. The flowmeter has a main body part 10 provided with a vortex generating body 7 for generating a vortex in its rear end side based on a flow of the medium, a sensor for detecting vibration generated based on the generation of the vortex by the vortex generating body 7, and a vibration tube 9 for transmitting the vibration to the sensor, and the sensor is connected to the vibration tube 9 via a metal gasket S.
