PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure that can improve sealing ability of a housing using a rubber-made seal member even when coolant gas relatively high in gas permeability for a rubber material is used, has a simple structure and good workability, is inexpensive, and allows miniaturization of the housing. SOLUTION: Joint parts 6 and 7 between members 2, 3, and 4 forming the housing are provided with seal parts using O-rings 6A and 7A, respectively. The outsides of the seal parts are coated with resin 29 with good gas permeable resistance for carbon dioxide. Even when the O-rings 6A and 7A have not good gas permeable resistance for carbon dioxide, sealing ability of the housing in relation to carbon dioxide can be kept higher by the resin 29.
