PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficult operations and automate a display device in operations of changing over and reproducing an image when changing over the image of a PC and a video apparatus connected with a display device. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with plural image input terminals for inputting plural image signals, a display means for displaying the above image signals, an input means for starting timer operation, an input means for ending the timer operation, a setting function for setting an elapsed time from the start of the timer operation and a control to be performed then, and a counting means for counting the time elapsed since the timer operation was started, and the control set for the elapsed time set by the above setting function is performed, and the control set by the above setting function includes selection of the above plural image input terminals.
