PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing lens for spectacles which is formed by using a synthetic resin having optical characteristics equal to those of inorganic glass and having excellent impact resistance, transparency and ease of working, can be easily manufactured and has good durability. SOLUTION: This polarizing lens for spectacles includes a first lens element 1 consisting of a thermoplastic synthetic resin or thermosetting synthetic resin, a second lens element 2 consisting of the thermoplastic synthetic resin or thermosetting synthetic resin and a polarizing film 3. The process step for manufacturing the same includes a process step for bonding and adhering the first lens element 1 and the second lens element 2 in the state of holding the polarizing film 3 in-between.
