PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which efficiently uses photosensitive materials and is improved in image forming speed. SOLUTION: The image forming device 10 changes a rewinding position from a photosensitive magazine 14 (position A) to an exposure position (position B) when a fresh print signal is inputted from outside during rewinding after the unexposed photosensitive material is transported to a transfer drum 36. As a result, the immediate start of exposure after the end of the rewinding is made possible and the image forming speed is improved.
