PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of improving the appearance and safety while keeping the fastening strength and durability. SOLUTION: This fastener is so constructed that in the bolt head 1 enabled to fasten by applying turning force to a part to be fastened, there are provided a cutout part 3 in which the side surface of the bolt head 1 is provided to incline toward a rotating shaft and an elastically deformable cover part 4 for covering the bolt head 1 while allowing relative rotation to the bolt head 1.
