PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arm-type window regulator which dispenses with waterproofing of a driving mechanism thereof, and can be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: A through shaft receiving hole is formed in a module panel of a vehicle door, and a driven gear for being rotated around the through shaft receiving hole and the driving mechanism therefor are positioned on the indoor side of the module panel. Further, a lift arm for ascending/descending window glass by carrying out rotational operation about the through shaft receiving hole is positioned on the outdoor side. Then, the driven gear on the indoor side of the module panel and the lift arm on the outdoor side of the same are brought into contact with each other and fixed together through the through shaft receiving hole, directly or via an intermediate member. In this manner, the arm-type window regulator is obtained.
