PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED element and an organic display having no short-circuit among each electrode, capable of executing inexpensive full color display having superior display quality. SOLUTION: In this organic LED element, a first electrode, an organic LED medium and a second electrode are formed successively on a substrate, and a tapered bulkhead is formed on the substrate or on the first electrode. The element and this manufacturing method are characterized, by forming a foot part of the bulkhead near the substrate or the first electrode, and forming the surface of the foot part as a recessed part. |
