PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a short-time completion of a cross-matching examination with a easier operation, and moreover securing of safety of an inspecting person and a curtailing of medical wastes by simultaneously carrying out main reaction and subreaction in a cross-matching examination within one tube. SOLUTION: A closed-type transfusion cross-matching examination tube is provided with soft reservoirs 11U and 11D having flexibility at two points, above and below of a soft transparent resin tube 10, blood donor's analyte injection ports 1U and 12D, respectively, above the upper soft reservoir 11U and below the lower soft reservoir 11D and a blood recipient's blood analyte injection port 12M located above the lower soft receiver 11D. The upper and lower positions of the soft reservoirs 11U and 11D are closed by a clamp 14 according to the processing of a cross-matching examination.
