PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a meshlike sheet having excellent light resistance and flame retardance without emitting halogen-containing gases during incineration. SOLUTION: This meshlike sheet is composed of ropelike materials bonded in crossing parts and comprising an inner layer part composed of a synthetic resin composition, fiber yarnlike materials impregnated and/or coated with the inner layer part and an outer layer part composed of a resin composition covering the inner layer part and the fiber yarnlike materials. The resin composition of the inner layer part has flame retardance and the resin composition of the outer layer part has light resistance.
