PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency in an electric component mounting system. SOLUTION: A second Y-axis slide 202 movable relatively to a mounting head 80 is fitted in a guide 48 for guiding the travel of a bracket 60 holding the mounting head 80, thereby mounting a line sensor camera 228. A bracket 204 fixed to the Y-axis slide 202 is connected with the bracket through a linear motor 206 to move the line sensor camera following up but relative to the mounting head, while the mounting head moves from a component feeder 34 to a component mounting position, thereby taking the image of an electric component. |
