PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE POLARIZING PLAT WITH OPTICAL COMPENSATION FILM, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive polarizing plate with an optical compensation film manufactured by laminating an optical compensation film with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) on a polarizing plate and further laminating a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (B) on the opposite face of the optical compensation film to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A), and to provide a polarizing plate, in which the stress generating in the optical compensation film can be reduced, the pressure-sensitive adhesive gives satisfactory yield and the pressure-sensitive adhesive is protruded only slightly from the cut face. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive polarizing plate with an optical compensation film features that both of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers (A) and (B) show <=50 μm creep at 23 deg.C in the following test and that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) shows >=0.04 slope of the is approximated by a linear expression obtained by plotting the temperature as abscissa and the values expressed by (creep of the pressure-sensitive adhesive at each temperature)/(creep of the pressure-sensitive adhesive at 23 deg.C) as the ordinate in the temperature range form 23 deg.C to 90 deg.C.
