<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line information providing device and an on-line information providing system capable of instructing (reading, changing, reserving or the like) the common relevant information of users from plural users related with each other through the Internet. SOLUTION: A control means 11 of a server 10 receives data from a user inputted through the Internet, and judges whether or not a user ID or an accountant ID is included in the received data from the user based on preliminarily prepared accountant file and user file. At the time of simultaneously or separately receiving the data from the user including information requests from plural different registered users and registered accountants, when the user ID and accountant ID of the registered users and registered accountants are mutually related with each other, the control means 11 permits the transmission of a book file.</p> |
