PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability and durability of a light guide expansible part and prevent oil component in a lubricant from adversely affecting a light guide means. SOLUTION: This device has the light guide means 31, 36 and 39 connected together to guide laser beams of a laser beam oscillator 25, an irradiation head 51 collecting the laser beams from the light guide means 31, 36 and 39 and irradiating with the laser beams the constructed part of an in-reactor structure in a reactor pressure vessel, and a remote operation device 50 guiding the laser beams to the irradiation head 51 and remotely driving eth irradiation head 51 for turning movement and vertical and longitudinal movement. The light guide means 39 is provided with the light guide expansible part which is capable of expansion and contraction and surrounded by bellows.
