PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial valve capable of feeding and stopping water by lightly operating a handle over a long period. SOLUTION: A movable valve element 12 and a fixed valve element 14 are coaxially disposed in a housing 10. By operating a handle 16, the movable valve element 12 is rotated, and a slip rubber 28 held on the movable valve element 12 through a holder 26 slides along an outer circumferential surface of the fixed valve element 14. Openings 42 and 44 are provided in the fixed valve element 14 and a guide sleeve 40 externably engaged with it, and these openings 42 and 44 are opened and closed by the slip rubber 28.
