PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyurethane synthetic leather is provided to be capable of preventing contamination by excluding any organic solvents in bonding a polyurethane intergument and a base layer as well as simplifying manufacturing processes by removing a dry step. CONSTITUTION: First, a polyurethane intergument is formed by using one selected from a group consisting of pellet type heating molten polyurethane, ultraviolet treatment polyurethane, multiple solvent polyurethane, mono solvent polyurethane, hydro polyurethane and moisture-treated polyurethane. Then, moisture-treated polyurethane is coated on the polyurethane intergument or a base layer for forming an adhesive layer. Next, the polyurethane intergument and the base layer are bonded by the adhesive layer.
