time instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: proposed diurnal dial plate of clock includes graduated scale for time reading which lower part has zero time reference and has no odd digits symbolizing hours. Polygon in the form of star with number of teeth equal to twelve is employed as graduated bar for time reading. Even digits designating hours are located between polygon teeth and hour hand of clock is longer than minute and second hands and extends to vertexes of polygon.
