The invention concerns a device for blowing and washing the nasal fossae of new-born babies or handicapped persons. The device combines on a hand-held housing (5) a nasal tip (1) comprising a suction tube and in the axis thereof a nozzle for injecting nasal decongestants. A trigger (6) enables to alternate the suction and injection functions or to stop them. The hand-held housing is connected to a suction element regulated by the tube (2) and the injecting nozzle to a reservoir containing nasal decongestant under pressure by the tube (4). The device is designed for care of new-born babies or infants and optionally of handicapped persons using vasoconstrictor substances.
