<p>A tumbler drier is provided with a self-cleaning filter, in that wipers for fluff are fitted to the drum in such a way that they may sweep the filter at least once per drying cycle. In the simple case it is once per revolution, according to embodiments the number of cleanings of the filter may be decided by simple means. The fibres swept off fall into a bin which does not need frequent emptying.</p> |
