<p>Disclosed are clean rice containing a glutinous rice ingredient and a method for producing the same. The clean rice is produced by dipping rice in a solution of glutinous rice powder dissolved in water to coat and impregnate the solution on and into the rice, and polishing and drying the resulting rice. The clean rice containing a glutinous rice ingredient can provide a glutinousness for a desirable flavor of rice without being mixed with separate glutinous rice in cooking the rice.</p> |
