Extending into the control chamber (12) is a tongue (30) enclosed in elastic material. The tongue is movable between a closed position in which it covers the sealing seat, and an open position, in which it frees the sealing seat. The tongue forms one arm of a two-armed lever, which is pivotably fixed on the housing by two bearings formed by a casing of elastic material. The second arm as operating arm (22) extends out of the control chamber. The two bearings are formed as rotary links arranged in opposite housing walls transverse to the longitudinal direction of the lever.
