PURPOSE: A multistage wire winding apparatus is provided to reduce working hours and power loss by extending the winding cycle for winding wire on plural bobbins, and to improve working efficiency by minimizing failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A wire winding device(200) is composed of a body(210); a bobbin installation unit(220) turned around a rotating shaft, placing bobbins(205), and having clamps(221) connected to a driven clutch(224); a bobbin installation driving unit(250) turning the bobbin installation unit; a bobbin turning unit(260) having a driving clutch(262) combined with the driven clutch for transmitting power, and turning bobbins; a horizontal moving unit(280) having a detecting unit sensing the winding degree and a wire guide roller, and moving right and left along the body; a horizontal moving unit driving unit moving the horizontal moving unit to the left and the right; and a wire cutter(240) winding wires on bobbins by pressing wires in turning the bobbin installation unit, and cutting wires. Loss of wire or power is reduced with extending the winding cycle of wire.
