A baler is equipped with a wide pick-up which delivers crop to a rotary conveyor including right- and left-hand augers which narrow the crop flow to the widt h of the baling chamber of the baler. For preventing crop from wrapping about the outer end of each of the augers, each auger is equipped with anti-wrap deflectors shaped for raising crop from the auger core to the periphery of the auger flights.
