PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a section between the upper floor and underfloor floor of a residence, in which the reduction effect of a heavy-floor impulsive sound is improved and heat-insulating properties can be imparted to the residence and which is also executed easily. SOLUTION: A urethane-foam raw material is sprayed against floor joists 11 constituting the upper floor 10 in two stories or higher of a wooden house and a floor-substrate material rear 13 disposed onto the floor joists and a urethane foam P1 foamed by fast sticking and unifying with the floor joists and floor-substrate material 12 plywood is installed onto the floor-substrate material rear between the floor joists.
