PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stabilized oscillation while reducing power consumption, the size and the weight. SOLUTION: When a control signal S11 from a switch control circuit 11 is 'L', a PMOS 14a and an NMOS 14b are turned on and power is supplied to a PMOS 13a and an NMOS 13b for exciting a quartz oscillator 15. Consequently, an input voltage Vin on an input node Nin is inverted by the PMOS 13a and NMOS 13b and Vout is outputted from an output node Nout. The Vout is subjected to phase inversion by the quartz oscillator 15, a resistor 16 and capacitors 17, 18 before being fed back to the input voltage Vin. When the signal S11 is 'H', the PMOS 14a the NMOS 14b are turned off and power supply to the PMOS 13a and NMOS 13b is interrupted. The quartz oscillator 15 oscillates freely and the oscillation circuit keeps oscillation.
