SOLUTION: An Internet communication network is utilized, the reception range is enlarged by notifying the sensing of the abnormality of the burglar prevention device to an Internet terminal represented by a portable telephone by mail and the costs such as the communication cost are suppressed by turning the mail to packet communication.
