<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ejection of a tape cassette in the loading state of a magnetic tape. SOLUTION: A cam pin 22a of a cam lever 22 is engaged with a cam hole 20 formed at a mode changeover lever 19 and a lock step part 35a is formed between an operating mode part 20b and standby mode part 20a of the cam hole 20. When a capstan motor is not driven to rotate backward in accordance with an ejection signal in an unloading mode, the cam pin 22a tending to shift the operating mode part 20b to the standby mode part 20a is detained with the lock step part 35a in such a manner that the mode does not progress any more.</p> |
