Pocket clip for writing implement has pivoted blade extending parallel to case of implement and biassed to closed position by spring

The pocket clip has a blade (10) extending longitudinally of the pen case in a stable position. The blade has a fixed mounting (1) and a pivoted blade which is biassed to a closed position by a spring (6) positioned inside the blade. The mounting can be a lug on the pen case with a bore for a pivot pin extending through two side flanges on the blade.
