PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power efficiency at PWM driving and prevent changes in a control gain while satisfying marketability and vehicular loading performance, when ensuring closing valve responsiveness by interrupting the reflux of counter-electromotive current generated by driving a rotor of a motor in a direction closing the valve with an energizing means and preventing the generation of brake torque. SOLUTION: This EGR valve control device opens/closes an EGR valve by balance between motor torque and return torque. The EGR valve control device is provided with a counter-electromotive current reflux circuit 70 composed of a high-pass filter 71 having a capacitor 102 and resistance 103 selecting counter-electromotive force at PWM driving and generated voltage generated by rotations of a motor with external torque from a counter-electromotive force wave shape, with reference to counter-electromotive force generating between both terminals 201, 202 of the motor 20; and a transistor 105 that is a switch element 72 for controlling the reflux of the counter-electromotive force of the motor 20 with a signal selected by the high-pass filter 71. |
