ELASTIC PAVING MATERIAL AND ELASTIC PAVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving method for a track and field stadium of new epoch economical and also contributing to protection of environment by reusing resin paving material obtained by cutting a resin surface layer in remodeling the track and field stadium or the like, and an elastic paving material used in the method. SOLUTION: The elastic paving method and elastic paving material of the invention are characterized in that the resin surface layer part of the track and field stadium or the like is cut by a cutter to obtain chips or powder having uniform and fine particle diameter, the chips or power are mixed with a synthetic resin binder, especially polyurethane material, and the cut surface is paved directly with the mixture.
