<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lightweight solar cell device by enhancing throughput at the time of forming irregularities. SOLUTION: A thin film semiconductor layer 3 serving as a photovoltaic layer is formed on a substrate 1 made of a metal foil by electroforming. Irregularities having ten point mean roughness (Rz) in the range of 0.1μm-10μm are formed on the surface of the metal foil of the substrate 1.</p> |
