PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of efficiently performing transformation of the number of pixels of data which are made to be two phases. SOLUTION: In an SIMD(simple instruction multiple data stream) control processor 100 in which processor elements 110 are multiply arranged in parallel one-dimensionally, at least one system of an input part (input register) having a function skipping input data is provided and two systems of output parts (output registers) having functions skipping output data are provided and first phase data are outputted from the output part of the first system and second phase data are outputted from the second system by controlling independently the skip of the output part of the first system and the skip of the output part of the second system.
