PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the simplification of a system, the miniaturization of a main battery, the maximum utilization of the capability of a motor- generator, space saving, and reduction in weight and reduce the cost. SOLUTION: To attain the purpose, a hybrid vehicle is mounted with an engine and the motor-generator directly connected with the engine. The hybrid vehicle is also provided with a motor revolutions detecting means, an engine load detecting means, a first map with torque command values for generation by the motor-generator set according to motor revolutions and engine loads, a second map with torque command values for driving by the motor-generator set according to motor revolutions and engine loads, and a controlling means that selects either of the first map and the second map based on an engine load detected by the engine load detecting means and exercises control so as to search for a torque command value for generation or a torque command value for driving. |
