PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a peripheral surface of a swash plate except for support points. SOLUTION: Plungers 11 circularly arranged in a swash plate angle setting surface 14a of a surface of a swash plate 14 are pushed, and a back surface of the swash plate 14 is formed with a high-speed abutting surface 31 and a low-speed abutting surface 32 in both sides of a pivotal support point, and a pushing actuator 16 for pushing the high-speed abutting surface 31 so as to abut on a receiver surface 2c of a main body case 2 is made to abut on the low-speed abutting surface 32. Support point parts 40 for making the force of the pushing actuator 16 for pushing the high-speed abutting surface 31 to the receiver surface 2c equal to or more than the force of the plunger for floating the high-speed abutting surface 31 from the receiver surface 2c are formed in the periphery of the swash plate 14, projecting from the peripheral surface of the swash plate 14.
