<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve smaller size and lower cost of the apparatus designed for the diagnosis of partial discharge, based on the phase characteristic by detecting the abnormality of the partial discharge by the frequency component analysis. SOLUTION: In Fig.1, when a partial discharge signal is detected in an output of a narrow band pass filter 11 during the fast sweeping, a switching command is sent to a sweeping control part 21 via DI/0 part 20 from a CPU 18, to shift the sweeping control part 21 to the state of a low speed sweeping, so that phase characteristic data is inputted, based on voltage information of a reference voltage generation part 12. This eliminates the need for a circuit part, for directly controlling the frequency components, thereby achieving a smaller size, a lighter weight and a lower cost.</p> |
