When the purchasing person of the lunch box 11 says that the attaching of the chopsticks 12 is not required, a discount dedicated input key 15 is operated after inputting the kind and price of the lunch box 11 in the device 10. Then, the receipt 18 displaying the amount 24 and a total amount 26 is issued.
