By means of a frame synchronization counter value address conversion decoder (202), a lower-order ID address conversion decoder (203), an adder/subtractor (204), an upper-order ID address conversion decoder (205), and an adder (206), information read out of an optical disk medium is converted to an absolute storage address of a storage medium, and therefore data of high reproducibility can be stored in the storage medium.
