<p>The present invention discloses a new polypeptide- human NPAT protein 15, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method of producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further discloses a method of treating various disorders, e.g., ataxia telangiectasis, breast carcinoma, cervical carcinoma, other carcinoma, developmental disorder, inflammation, immunological disease, HIV infection, etc. The present invention also discloses an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action.
