SPEAKER INSTALLATION STRUCTURE

A speaker installation structure, wherein locking hooks (24L, 24R) and a locking clip (26) installed on a speaker frame (11) are engaged with installation holes (22, 23L, 23R) formed in the inner panel (P) of a car door so as to fix the speaker frame (11) to the inner panel (P), and the locking hooks (24L, 24R) and locking clip (26) are disposed on the inner side of the outer periphery of annular seal members (16, 17) stuck to the installation surface (11a) of the speaker frame (11) and fitted closely to the inner panel (P), whereby, even if water invades from an opening (21) or installation holes (22, 23L, 23R) of the inner panel (P) to a speaker (C) side, the water can be stopped by the seal members (16, 17) so as to prevent the water from flowing out to a cabin side, and thus the entry of water can be surely avoided.
