System transmits AV data with an image of program and sound and a broadcast receiver with a store (204) for received signals. It multiplexes AV data and provision data for designating AV data which an information provider intends for replay and viewing based on the display of AV data. It transmits it and makes it possible to replay and view only the AV data designated by the provision information. An independent claim describes a braodcasting receiving apparatus for use in a broadcasting system.
