<p>A waxed fabric producing method comprising the steps of flowing wax over the tool horn of an ultrasonic welder, producing ultrasonic waves, and passing work along the surface of the flowing wax to apply the wax to the work; and a device therefor. Low-melting waxes (indium, lead-tin solder, tin-zinc solder, etc.) can be automatically and uniformly applied to work of large area, such as sputtering targets.</p> |
