<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a mechanism for tightening belts of a belt gearbox intended particularly for drive of spindles of machine tools, machine centers and automatic machine tools, with a transmission box mounted on a machine tool headstock, wherein the mechanism comprises a tightening screw (9) and a T-square (10) fastened on a transmission box (3). In the transmission box (3), there is mounted on a pin-type lugs (11) a pivoted lever (12) with a tightening pulley (13) bearing in working position on a V-shaped belt (7, 8) connecting a drive pulley (4) and a driven pulley (6). Said pivoted lever (12) is provided on the side turned away from the V-shaped belt (7, 8) with bearing surfaces (121). Press-away screws (14) are arranged opposite to the bearing surfaces (121) in the transmission box (3).</p> |
