PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container cap sterilizing device for which container caps (20) can be conveyed stably at a required speed through a required conveyance route without allowing an apparatus to be made in an excessively large size and the production cost to be increased greatly. SOLUTION: A conveyance means (22) for conveying the container caps (20) and a sterilizing means (a steam jetting means 54) for sterilizing the container caps conveyed by the conveyance means are provided. The conveyance means is composed of a rotary spiral blade means (26) having a spiral blade (32) and a guide means (28) arranged, adjoining the rotary spiral blade means, and the guide means has a container cap receiving groove (48) extending along the rotary spiral blade means. The container cap is placed, with a part thereof being positioned in the container cap receiving groove and with another part thereof being positioned in a dent of the spiral blade. |
